After a first series of conferences occurring between September and December 2021, time to welcome the first conference of the Year of the Water Tiger which will take place on February 17.
“Drawing, restoring and translating : research on thought dictionary of architecture by Eugène Viollet-Le-Duc” is the topic of the next conference of the series “ Archeology, History and Thought in China” which will be presented in French and Chinese by M. Jiang Jiwei, doctor in history and architecture, and deputy teacher of architecture at Tongji University.
These conference series are organised throughout the year by two teachers of history & geography and Chinese in Qingpu and our Yangpu Library, targeting High School students, as well as students in Chinese International Streams and Chinese Oriental Section.
They highlight the history of China under different angles and enable students to dive in Chinese culture more deeply thanks to the participation of professionals and renowned researchers.
