Getting ready to go back to school: our tips!

The summer holiday is coming to an end, it is thus time to prepare to go back to school. Don’t know where to start? Our teams have listed a few tips for students to well manage this change of rhythm.

  • Get your stuff ready early on

Sounds logical, you might say, but having your pencil case filled and your bag ready before the D-Day can be a good mental preparation. It will also avoid you going through the stressful last-minute phase where you desperately look for your 2HB pencil.

If you have a doubt on the school supplies to plan for the back-to-school, you can find the complete list on our website here.

  • Go back to your school routine

Time to readjust your clocks, slowly go back to a routine, and thus avoid the shock of the alarm on September 1. To do so, you can start setting up an alarm several days before the back-to-school and readapt to a wake-up time closer to the sunrise than lunch time. Who says morning alarm says going to bed earlier in the evening as well! A good night sleep is key to feel good the next day!

  • Prepare your space

Have a look at your desk or the space you study and work on. If it is clean and well organised, congratulations! If not, how about tidying things up a little, to begin on good basics?

  • Have a good breakfast

It is not news, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, bringing enough energy until lunch. Take the time to eat a healthy breakfast to get motivated and start the day and the school year on the right foot!

  • Starting the year fresh

Going back to school means seeing your friends again and meet the classmates who are joining us. Building new relationships, based on kindness and respect, pretty good resolution, right?
